The Fortville Masonic Lodge is located at the corner of State and Main Street in Fortville. Built in 1901, the original structure was three stories tall, featuring awnings on the front and housing a theater alongside the Masons. Despite the loss of the third floor to a fire, the building retains its historical charm through subsequent modifications.

This building remains a testament to Fortville's historical architecture and community spirit, continuing to serve the town with its wide variety of tenants and services.
