Fortville was founded in 1849 along the railroad and became a hub for farming, trade, and community life. Today, our historic downtown still reflects that small-town charm while continuing to grow and thrive.

Now that you have your map, head to each stop, look for the Pink Elephant or water tower, and scan the QR code to learn the history of the location. Don’t forget to collect the letter for the word scramble! When your map is complete, turn it in at one of the listed locations to be entered in our drawing.
